I made an online reservation for an oil change a couple of hours before I arrived. I was greeted warmly with no wait on a holiday weekend ( Black Friday). After doing a full inspection of my car they added a break fluid exchange for a reasonable price and I was back on the road in less than forty minutes. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely return for future repairs and maintenance.

I went to Welch’s for the first time to have them look at a tail light/circuit issue. They got me in quickly and fixed the issue right away. The pricing was fair, and the gentleman I spoke with was kind and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free. I’m very happy I went with Welch’s and would definitely return for future repairs.

The overall service at Welch's was incredible! The appointment was exactly what it was, an "appointment"! On time, courteous, and comfortable. They had a cold beverage and a warm waiting area! If there was any discord from the moment it would have been myself falling asleep! Possible snoring was involved and for that I apologize for what would have been a stellar automotive experience otherwise! Will continue to patron as well as refer! Awesome Job!

Second time using this shop and both times I’ve had an honest but pleasant experiences. They charge good to understandable costs that don’t leave me to wonder if I should have taken it to someone else. They were also honest about my exhaust work that needed done and told me I could probably get it done for cheaper at an actual exhaust shop after fixing some other things on my vehicle. I respect the transparency, and would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable getting under their own car.

Chris and the folks there have always treated my partner and I with respect and care. Never pushed into a repair, always given a more than fair quote, and the work has been done correctly every time. I live about 35-40 minutes away from this shop, depending on traffic and it is never a question whether it's worth the drive. They recently upgraded to a new, bigger building as well, glad to see them growing.

I've known Cameron for about 12 years now and he is one of the best and most stand-up people you'll ever meet. He and his team are amazing, honest, trustworthy, and aren't in this business to make a quick buck/screw you over. They are the only shop to work on my Lexus and Porsche, as well as my wife's Hyundai. All of my team at my work also now take their vehicles almost exclusively to Cameron and his crew. They truly can handle any make or model you throw at them with the utmost care and respect, whether it's a Porsche or a Honda. 10/10, won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Plus they're all pretty cute boys 😘😘
